  • YES! We are excited to receive your support from all over the world! We ship worldwide EXCEPT the following regions due to our supplier:

    Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

    Russia

    Belarus

    Ecuador

    Cuba

  • The prices displayed are in US dollars.

  • We currently accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments can also be made via Paypal or Apple Pay.

  • At this time, you may ship to ONE address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

  • With standard shipping, it should take between 5 - 21* business days depending on your location. Please refer to the shipping time estimate at checkout.

  • All orders are made to order and we start to prepare your order as soon as we receive it so that we can ship it to you as quickly as possible. We will attempt to stop the shipment IF your order has not yet been processed by the fulfillment centre. We cannot make changes once an order is processed. In the case if you notice a mistake in your submitted order, please contact us ASAP, and we will try our best to assist.

    *Please note that we cannot be responsible for missing orders in the case of mis-filled or incomplete address.

  • We recommend that you go one size larger if you are between sizes.

  • For international shipping, there may be import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees for the destined country. These fees will be collected upon the arrival of the goods at the destined country. It varies from country to country, and therefore we cannot give an estimate. If you would like more details, please contact your local customs office or check out their official website.

  • All merchandises are made to order, and therefore we will not accept returns. In the case if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us by email or the contact form within 14 days upon receipt of the items.

    *In the unlikely situation if your packaging arrive in a damaged condition, please accept the shipment and contact us ASAP. If the order is refused upon arrival, you will still be responsible for all the shipping charges.
