Great and meaningful birthday!

Ever dreamed of a day doing nothing but only things you like? Thanks to my hubby for making this dream come true! I had a great birthday yesterday! I did nothing other than practicing and eating, which was a lifestyle I’ve missed since graduation! What a luxury! (I did also teach a few lessons, and everyone was good! Haha…)

We had Japanese takeout for lunch, and we drove to a park (aka. Schubert’s house…if you don’t know what I mean, check this video out! Haha….) to enjoy the lunch! Scott also made his signature teriyaki chicken for dinner, too!

As I get older, birthdays feel more and more like just another day, but it’s the catching up and hearing from friends who I hadn’t talked to in a while that makes it special now! It was so nice to chat a bit and catch up with many!
